Medical Specialist I-Allergy/ENT-New Brunswick, NJ
Field-based role located in New Brunswick, NJ (Flemington, Bridgewater, Princeton, East Brunswick).
About the Role
The Medical Specialist (Sales Representative), Allergy/ENT will report to the District Manager, Allergy/ENT and be responsible for engaging Allergists, Otorhinolaryngologists (ENT), and other key customers within an assigned geographical territory. The role involves presenting clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue, consistently delivering product goals, and demonstrating strong sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations. The position requires operating in compliance with all Regeneron policies and applicable regulations governing the promotion of pharmaceutical and biologic products in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy and tactics within key accounts in the Allergy and Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) therapeutic areas to generate product utilization.
- Build strong working relationships with Allergy/ENT experts, clinicians, nurses, office staff, and key patient advocacy support groups.
- Collaborate with district colleagues, field-based teams, and home office personnel to address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends.
- Support brand and corporate objectives within the assigned geography.
- Participate in and help lead initiatives such as industry-related congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences.
- Demonstrate advanced clinically-based selling skills and a proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets.
- Drive results, particularly with product launches, while maintaining a high degree of integrity and compliance.
- Strengthen knowledge of disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends through proactive learning.
- Conduct in-servicing and training for office staff, nurses, and office managers.
- Partner and collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners.
- Travel and cover large geographic territories as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
- At least 2 years of experience selling in Allergy/ENT/Dermatology and/or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market.

Pay
Salary Range (annually): $140,675.00 - $190,325.00.
