Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support patients' social and emotional needs through assessments and care planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• MSW required; LCSW/ACSW preferred (LCSW in CA).
• One year of experience in behavioral or healthcare settings preferred.
• Licensure or certification as required by state (e.g., LMSW, LCSW).
