Role Overview
The Medical Social Worker applies social work expertise and clinical knowledge to educate and support patients living with kidney disease. They conduct psychosocial assessments, participate in care planning, and manage services to help patients cope with chronic kidney disease and dialysis treatments, enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution (MSW required).
- Licensure: LCSW/ACSW preferred, LCSW in CA; LMSW in licensure states (TX, TN).
- Preference for experience in health and human services or behavioral health (1+ years preferred).
