Role Overview The Medical Social Worker applies social work expertise and clinical knowledge to educate patients with kidney disease on treatment, health, and wellness options, aiming to improve their quality of life. They support patients' social and emotional well-being through psychosocial assessments, care planning, and service management to help them cope with chronic kidney disease and dialysis treatments.
