Medical School Curriculum Coordinator

About the Role

This position reports to the Curriculum Program Administrator for the Office of Medical Education. The Medical School Curriculum Coordinator will provide administrative support for curricular programs across all four years of the undergraduate medical education program at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of three years progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting, including experience in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.

All qualifications listed as minimum, additional, or desired are preferred. Qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Oakland University in its sole discretion may also be considered.
