Curriculum Coordinator

Principal Functional Responsibilities

• Aid in course planning, including coordinating course meetings, scheduling, and syllabus development.
• Maintain course timelines and schedule/reserve facility and technology resources.
• Prepare and deliver assessments, manage item banks, and collaborate with University Assessment and Clinical Skills services.
• Coordinate and maintain curricular content in Learning Management Systems (LMS) or designated software.
• Manage student information and records securely and confidentially.
• Support session implementation, coordinate education technology for content delivery, and disseminate information.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks for identified session presenters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in higher education or a related field.
• Knowledge of exam software and learning management system.

Starting Salary Range

$42,391– $50,162, commensurate with experience
