This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position focuses on non-clinical healthcare administration, including patient or provider support, scheduling, records, billing, compliance documentation, and service coordination using secure remote systems.
Responsibilities
- Support non-clinical healthcare workflows such as patient communication, scheduling, records, billing, referrals, insurance, credentialing, or administrative coordination.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in approved healthcare or business systems while following confidentiality procedures.
- Communicate with patients, providers, payers, or internal teams by phone, email, or secure online channels as appropriate.
- Review records for missing information, document follow-up, and escalate exceptions according to established procedures.
- Complete all responsibilities remotely; these positions do not require hands-on patient care or in-person clinical duties.
Requirements
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.

Pay
Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
