Medical Scheduler - Urology Surgery Office

Position Summary

Aid in patient check-in processes. Greet patients promptly and courteously. Handle diverse patient populations. Maintain patient records using the electronic medical record system. Collect patient co-pays, update insurance information, and schedule follow-up appointments.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred 2-3 years office experience or one year of related experience in a medical practice

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

• Proficiency with an electronic health record and Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high patient volumes
• Knowledgeable with state and government agencies to provide consents for patients who are wards of the state
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented work ethic

Salary Range

$46,215.00 - $60,080.00
