Job Description

NTINH/NTIR has 2 offices located in Frisco and Plano, TX, proudly serving many patients across the region and multiple other states.

Responsibilities

• Call patients to schedule a series of appointments
• Coincide with medical staff to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of the scheduling process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a medical scheduler
• Detail oriented and organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in using scheduling software and electronic medical records
