Inizio Engage has partnered with Integra LifeSciences, a leading medical device company, to promote Advanced Wound Care Total Contact Cast Products: TCC-EZ and MedE-Kast Solutions.

About the role

The Post-Acute Sales Specialist will focus on prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, and product education to develop account awareness and demand for TCC-EZ and MedE-Kast Solutions. The role includes achieving assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas with defined growth targets. Primary call points will be outpatient wound care centers, including podiatric doctors, medical doctors, registered nurses, clinic managers, and materials management.

Responsibilities

  • Target and develop new account opportunities while supporting and growing existing business within the territory.
  • Provide in-service programs and case coverage in wound care centers.
  • Deliver continued education to customers to support and grow TCC-EZ/MedE-Kast usage.
  • Establish relationships with Program Directors, Medical Doctors, and key clinical staff at wound care centers.
  • Act in a consultative role in accordance with specific product indications.
  • Utilize Salesforce to enter and track opportunities and activities.
  • Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year, followed by monthly and quarterly territory reports to exceed sales goals.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Maintain a high level of technical, product, and disease state knowledge.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports as defined by sales management.
  • Operate within defined budgets and adhere to policies and procedures, including the AdvaMed Code of Conduct and the Sunshine Act.
  • Execute sales strategies in compliance with Federal Healthcare Program requirements, FDA promotional regulations, and company policy.
  • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.
  • Perform sales administrative duties in a timely manner as defined by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Large territory management experience with the ability to prioritize high-value accounts.
  • Coachable, lifelong learner who accepts feedback and reflects on performance for improvement.
  • Confidence to communicate with physicians and other clinical personnel.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Physically capable of standing for long hours during cases and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Overnight travel required, up to 50%.
  • Ability to meet credentialing requirements for customer establishments.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $53,000 – $98,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
