About the role

Baylor Scott & White Health is recruiting a BC/BE Ophthalmologist to join an established Ophthalmology practice in Temple, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to patients in the community
  • Perform Cataract Surgery
  • Work closely with a team of 13 Ophthalmologists and 6 Optometrists
  • Have busy schedules Monday-Friday, with dedicated time for clinic, procedures, and laser
  • Occasionally participate in education with a well-established Ophthalmology Residency Program and medical students from Baylor College of Medicine
  • Have 4 weeks of call per year

Requirements

  • Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
  • Currently board certified in Ophthalmology or actively pursuing board certification
