We're seeking a Part time Client Service Representative with veterinary hospital experience to join our team. Responsibilities

• Customer service functions include- Medical Records oversight to include Scanning and uploading medical records
• Contacting Referral DVM for Medical Records
• Checking emails and responding promptly
• Building medical records and scheduling appointments
• Answering phone and delegating appropriate tasks
• Ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times

Requirements

• Personable yet highly professional demeanor
• Veterinary hospital experience preferred
• Flexibility to work a weekend shift

• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with medical record systems

$18-19 dependent on experience

Schedule

24 - 30hrs a week scheduled with flexibility to work a weekend shift
