Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Answer phone calls and emails from potential and current patients
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients prior to appointments
- Collect and document patient information accurately
- Verify insurance benefits and explain financial options to patients
- Assist in maintaining patient records and charts
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
- Motivated and team-oriented work ethic
