Medical Receptionist

About the role

Join our dedicated outpatient team at the Covington clinic, where patient-centered care is our top priority. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring accurate billing and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
• Manage appointment calendars, schedule patient visits, and coordinate with medical staff.
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure patient accounts are updated correctly, including collecting copay at the time of visit.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred, but candidates with strong customer service backgrounds in retail, hospitality, call centers, etc., will be considered.
• This role is considered patient-facing and requires participation in the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $38,000 - $45,800 per year. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
