Medical Oncology, Physician
About the role
As a Medical Oncology Physician in Oncology at Intermountain Health in Southern Nevada, you will work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. You will provide outpatient and inpatient consultations, diagnose diseases, and implement a course of treatment. This role offers the opportunity to participate in clinical research and provides a $50,000 sign-on bonus, $75,000 in student loan assistance, and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance.

Requirements
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Hematology/Oncology or Medical Oncology
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology/Oncology or Medical Oncology
- Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
Qualifications
Candidates requiring visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Skills
Strong experience in community oncology with clinic emphasis is encouraged.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
Schedule
This position includes a 4-day patient facing work week schedule to provide the busy oncologist the time needed to provide top notch quality patient care that is the Intermountain brand.
