Medical Oncology, Physician
About the role
As a Medical Oncology Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. The Saratoga Spring site has 10 exam rooms and 18 infusion chairs. Our office is staffed with medical assistance, nurse navigator, social worker, dieticians and front office staff to help this practice run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Practice at Saratoga Spring Clinic in Saratoga Springs, Utah
- Provide outpatient clinical practice with inpatient consult responsibilities
- Inpatient oncology services are managed by hospitalist service
- Team approaches care with care managers available to help patients navigate their cancer care
- Outpatient and inpatient palliative care team support
- Oncology urgent care clinic available to patients
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Medical Oncology or Hematology and Oncology
- Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology or Hematology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 - $999.99
