Medical Oncologist (New Graduates are accepted)

About the Role

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist to join an established and collaborative oncology practice in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The physician will work alongside medical oncologists, a radiation oncologist, and advanced practice professionals. Experienced physicians and recently trained Hematology/Medical Oncology fellows are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat hematologic and oncologic conditions.
• Develop individualized cancer treatment plans.
• Provide comprehensive medical oncology care and follow-up.
• Collaborate with radiation oncology, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Help develop and grow a patient-centered oncology practice.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology/Hematology.
• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Hematology/Medical Oncology fellowship.
• Valid Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
