The physician will provide comprehensive care to patients with both hematologic conditions and medical oncology diagnoses in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician or a motivated physician looking to grow within a supportive practice with opportunities for professional development, research, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a broad range of hematologic and oncologic conditions.Provide both outpatient and inpatient hematology/medical oncology care.Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and current clinical guidelines.Manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and other appropriate cancer treatments.Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.Participate in clinical trials and research opportunities, as applicable.Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.Provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications MD or DO degree.Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.Active or eligible medical license in Alabama.Ability to treat both Hematology and Medical Oncology patients.Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experienced physicians are preferred.J-1 Visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
