Hematologist/Oncologist Opportunity

About the role

Seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to provide compassionate cancer care to Veterans at a multidisciplinary team-based facility.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and treatment of hematologic and oncologic disorders
• Management of chemotherapy and immunotherapy
• Providing survivorship and supportive care
• Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards
• Collaboration with surgery, radiation, pathology, radiology, palliative care, and primary care teams
• Patient education and shared decision-making

Qualifications and Skills

• Board certification or eligibility in hematology/oncology
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to patient-centered care
