Responsibilities

• Providing expert diagnosis, staging, therapy, and follow-up care for hematology and oncology patients.
• Offering specialty consultations for inpatients and outpatients.
• Participating in committee work, quality assurance programs, and meeting performance standards.
• Teaching and supervising medical students and physicians-in-training, with eligibility for academic appointment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Significant experience in hematology/oncology through education and training.
• Ability to diagnose, stage, and treat hematologic and malignant solid tumors.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Board certification required for CME leave eligibility.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with minimal call.
