Medical Office Specialist
Job Summary
The Medical Office Specialist is responsible for managing all front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones. They also assist with filing and retrieving medical records, patient information, and collecting and recording co-pays.
Qualifications
- One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred
