Job Summary
The Practice Coordinator is responsible for managing the front office daily activities for their practice location, ensuring quality customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence
- General office duties, cleanliness, and appeal
- Communicate with peers, clinicians, and patients
- Patient Support
- Clinician Support
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in using Computer Software Applications
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential Information (HIPAA)
Education And Experience
- High School or equivalent required
- Associates/bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role or setting preferred
Physical Requirements
- Sit, stand, bend, talk, and hear
- Frequently walk
- Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
Compensation
$ 23.00 - 24.00/hour, plus quarterly bonus/incentive potential
