This role offers flexibility between working in the office and remotely, along with long-term career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage medical malpractice cases from client intake through trial and post-trial motions. Handle litigation involving hospitals, physicians, nurses, nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities. Conduct depositions, including expert witness depositions. Manage court-ordered deadlines and ensure timely completion of case-related tasks. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies while maintaining high ethical standards. Requirements Active Arizona bar license. 7-10 years of experience litigating medical malpractice or medical negligence cases. Strong deposition and trial skills, including experience deposing expert witnesses. Ability to independently manage cases from inception through trial and post-trial proceedings. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet court deadlines. Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
