About the role
📍 Location: Concord, United States ⏰ Work Mode: Work from Office 💼 Role: Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Senior Associate
Responsibilities
- 📝 Manage complex medical malpractice litigation cases from inception through resolution
- 🤝 Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- 🔎 Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- 👨⚕️ Collaborate with medical experts to evaluate claims and defenses
- 📑 Advise clients on risk assessment and litigation strategy
- 📈 Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed
Requirements
- ✅ Minimum 8 years of relevant medical malpractice defense litigation experience
- ✅ Strong knowledge of healthcare law and courtroom procedures
- ✅ Exceptional analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- ✅ Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases efficiently
- ✅ Demonstrated leadership abilities within a legal team environment
- ✅ Active license to practice law in the United States (NH Bar preferred)
