The firm is open to hiring at the Associate, Senior Associate, or Of Counsel level depending on experience. Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice defense matters through discovery
• Conduct depositions
• Manage motion practice
• Appear in court

Requirements

• 2+ years of attorney experience
• Prior medical malpractice defense experience required
• New York Bar admission required

Qualifications

• New Jersey Bar admission is a plus
