About the role
Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Senior Associate based in Concord, United States. Work mode: Work from Office.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex medical malpractice litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Collaborate with medical experts to evaluate claims and defenses
- Advise clients on risk assessment and litigation strategy
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant medical malpractice defense litigation experience
- Active license to practice law in the United States (NH Bar preferred)
Skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare law and courtroom procedures
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases efficiently
- Demonstrated leadership abilities within a legal team environment
