Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or related field; or equivalent certification/training
- Current certification (e.g., MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP)cm) and state licensure if applicable
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and quality management
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and promote professional growth
