Responsibilities
- Follows standard operating procedures for MLS/MLTs
- Ensures laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are met
- Recognizes safety hazards and complies with all safety practices and protocols
- Captures and processes lab specimens with proper equipment
- Performs clinical laboratory testing, including manual and automated methods
- Collects and manages samples of blood and other fluids from patients
Qualifications
- Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS): Bachelors degree in laboratory or biological sciences required. National certification through ASCP or registry eligible. Must be licensed by ND Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice.
- Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT): Associates degree in Laboratory Science required. National certification through ASCP or registry eligible. Must be licensed or have a provisional license by ND Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice.

$23.50 - $44.00 per hour
Schedule
Full time, 8 hours per day, 40 weekly hours
