Medical Laboratory Scientist or ...
for each section heading.
We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove EEO etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes a link to diversity page; that's maybe boilerplate? It's a "To learn more:" link; might be considered boilerplate? It's not essential job info; we can drop it.
We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. So we will have:
About the role
with the job summary paragraph(s). Could combine first paragraph and mission statement.
Then Responsibilities
with list of duties.
Then Qualifications
(or Requirements) with position details: education, experience, certifications, military experience considered, sign-on bonus? Actually sign-on bonus is pay, not qualification. So qualifications: education, experience, certifications, military experience.
Then Pay
with sign-on bonus $12,500 for eligible candidates. Possibly also mention competitive compensation? Not specific. We'll include the sign-on bonus.
Then Schedule
with Full time, Rotate shift.
Then Benefits
with list of benefits.
We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. The duties list includes many items; we need to put each as
or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we could include in a short p after About the role? But we already have About the role; we could add a
with location. However we must not create extra sections unless needed. We could include location in About the role paragraph. Better: After About the role paragraph, add a
with location and employment type? But schedule already separate. We'll keep location in About the role. Now Benefits: list from Benefit Highlights. Let's extract benefits: - Full benefits (health, dental and vision) starting on day one - Three medical plan choices, including an expanded network for out-of-area employees and dependents - Pre-tax savings plans with healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSA) and a health savings account (HSA) with employer contribution - Company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage - 401(k) plan that includes automatic Geisinger contributions - Generous paid time off (PTO) plan that allows you to accrue time quickly - Up to $5,000 in tuition reimbursement per calendar year - MyHealth Rewards wellness program to improve your health while earning a financial incentive - Family-friendly support including adoption and fertility assistance, parental leave pay, military leave pay and a free Care.com membership with discounted backup care for your loved ones - Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Referrals for childcare, eldercare, & pet care; Access free legal guidance, mental health visits, work-life support, digital self-help tools and more - Voluntary benefits including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, identity theft protection, universal life and pet and legal insurance Also mention: "We offer healthcare benefits for full time and part time positions from day one, including vision, dental and domestic partners." That's somewhat duplicate; we can include but maybe redundant. We'll include as part of benefits list. Now we need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
