Medical Insurance Claims Coordinator - Hybrid

Responsibilities
- Contact insurance companies to request reprocessing of incorrectly denied claims
- Submit support documentation when requested by insurance
- Navigate insurance websites to locate claim and payment information
- Work aging reports to identify and resolve old, outstanding claims
- Document progress and office notes in our internal Electronic Medical Records system (Artemis) and /or billing system
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Comfortable with continuous communication with various insurance companies
- Minimum 1 year of medical reimbursement experience (preferred)
- Proficient computer literacy including; ability to use computers and related technology efficiently
- Aptitude to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Women’s Healthcare and Fertility experience (preferred)
