About the role

Serve Medical Imaging Equipment in the Kansas City, MO area. Field-based, customer-facing role installing, servicing, maintaining and modifying Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites. Flexible and willing to work different shifts and On-Call rotations as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Service Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties timely and accurately.
• Flexible and willing to work different shifts and On-Call rotations as business needs dictate.
• Support the diagnostics modalities initially, with potential to cross train into other modalities in the future.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience with the desired Diagnostics Imaging Equipment.
• The ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties timely and accurately.
• A strong background working with electronics and proficiency in the use of service tools and service test equipment.
• Proficient PC skills (MS Windows & Microsoft Office 365 -Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
• Can locate, read, and understand documents for install, set-up, repair, troubleshooting, schematics, block diagrams and functional descriptions.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
• Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
• Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.

Skills

• Familiarity with Medical Imaging Equipment.
• Experience with Siemens’ imaging equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong background in electronics and service tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

$64,180 - $88,242
