Medical Hematology/Oncology Physician

Responsibilities

• Inpatient and outpatient consultations in Hematology/Oncology disciplines.
• Treatment of all cancer types, including inpatient and post-surgical care as needed.
• Case management and clinical research when appropriate.
• Management of complex and unpredictable patient situations.
• Practice within established Medical Center and physician’s standards of practice.
• Support the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
• Experience in tertiary care settings preferred.
• Competence in technical, clinical, and surgical skills (where applicable).
• Cognitive and interpersonal skills necessary for serving patients.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Maryland.
• Completion of a residency program in Hematology/Oncology.
