About the role
Deliver exceptional care in a state-of-the-art facility offering everything under one roof infusion suites, outpatient lab, imaging, radiation oncology, and pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with hematological and oncological conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Radiation Oncology, Oncology Pharmacy, and Behavioral Oncology
- Manage chemotherapy and targeted therapy with precision and safety
- Utilize advanced technologies such as linear accelerator, TrueBeam technology, PSMA PET, and ion machines for specialized intra-operative treatment options
- Support underserved and high-impact populations in rural and frontier communities
- Participate in ongoing professional development through CME programs
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Hematology/Oncology
- Experience in managing complex cases and providing comprehensive care
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current Arizona medical license
- Passing score on the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME)
- Completion of an approved residency program in Hematology/Oncology
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of hematology and oncology
- Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment
- Ability to manage patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
