About the role
Qunicy Medical Group seeks to add a partner to its physician-owned, multi-specialty group. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other physicians, making decisions in their practice, staffing, and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other physicians to make decisions in practice management
- Staff and schedule effectively within the practice
- Participate in tumor boards weekly with on-site specialists
- Work in an outpatient only, single site practice at a state-of-the-art cancer institute
- Contribute to exceptional patient care in West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri
Requirements
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified/Board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Experience in a multi-specialty group setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Must be board certified/eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
- Must be willing to relocate to the designated area

Pay
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $600,000 - $675,000, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus, potentially totaling between $600,000 - $800,000.
Schedule
No nights, weekends, or holidays; practice operates Monday - Friday.
