About the role

Qunicy Medical Group seeks to add a partner to its physician-owned, multi-specialty group. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other physicians, making decisions in their practice, staffing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other physicians to make decisions in practice management
  • Staff and schedule effectively within the practice
  • Participate in tumor boards weekly with on-site specialists
  • Work in an outpatient only, single site practice at a state-of-the-art cancer institute
  • Contribute to exceptional patient care in West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri

Requirements

  • MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board-certified/Board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
  • Experience in a multi-specialty group setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Must be board certified/eligible in Hematology/Oncology
  • Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
  • Must be willing to relocate to the designated area

Pay

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $600,000 - $675,000, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus, potentially totaling between $600,000 - $800,000.

Schedule

No nights, weekends, or holidays; practice operates Monday - Friday.
