Medical Group Clinical Supervisor

Job Requirements

• A thorough knowledge of ambulatory care principles and procedures
• Knowledge and skills in techniques of good patient care
• Team leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Must be able to read and write English, as well as speak and understand English
• Excellent computer skills
• 1-2 years experience working with EMR preferred

License/Certification

• N/A if the supervisor is not working in a clinical capacity
• If the supervisor is working in a clinical capacity, the following is required:
• Supervisor must provide proof of clinical training appropriate to the responsibilities of the duties they are filling and must maintain accordingly.
• If a registered nurse (RN), must have a current unencumbered Oregon RN license and current WA RN license.
• Current BLS through the American Heart Association

Education And/or Experience

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience/education
• Previous clinic leadership experience required

• Works inside
• Walking and standing much of the time while on duty
• Normal or corrected vision is required
• Manual dexterity is required to operate equipment
• Subject to physical and emotional stress of work environment
• Occasional exposure to infectious diseases
