Responsibilities
- Assesses and develops overall clinical services.
- Oversees counseling department staffing.
- Provides in-service training to clinical staff on regularly scheduled basis.
- Makes sure clinical records are monitored regularly for quality and compliance with State, Federal, and any grant/funding source regulations.
- Conducts mock inspections.
- Responsible for maintaining CSAC accreditation status for all clinical aspects of care.
- Manages a caseload and fills in for absent counselors as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists), or LSAT
- Experience with substance use disorders
- Experience with opioid treatment preferred
- Ability to supervise licensed eligible employees preferred
