About the role
We want our patients to have an exceptional experience, starting at the front desk. You will manage both the patient side and business side of our outpatient physical therapy centers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and next appointment.
- Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
- Communicate with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies, and translation services.
- Manage co-pays, payer approvals, and insurance authorizations and verifications.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
Qualifications
- Insurance Verification Experience.
- Year of Scheduling Experience.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

Schedule
