Medical Front Office Coordinator

Setting: Outpatient | Location: Gainesville | Availability: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced front office environment
• Manage scheduling to ensure patients are seen within 24-48 hours
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks while working under deadlines
• Collaborate with a team to maintain a high standard of patient care

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Flexibility with daily tasks and ability to maintain critical thinking under pressure
• Good judgment and initiative in customer service situations

Some medical experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Highly organized and schedule-driven
• Strong customer service skills (phone and in-person)

Pay

USD $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
