Medical Front Desk - Northern Star
About the role
Vancouver Clinic is looking for a part-time Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Northern Star location. To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred
- Experience with Epic preferred
- Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors
- Strong computer keyboarding skills required

Pay
Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. The pay range for this position is $17.31 - $24.24.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
