Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our registration team at our 87th location. To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. The ability to work with a diverse patient population is an essential function. Location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave – Vancouver, WA 98664).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and greeting patients and their families
• Collect co-pays
• Obtain and complete insurance information
• Answer phone calls
