About the role

The Medical Education Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing educational programs for medical students, residents, and fellows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs for medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • Collaborate with faculty and other stakeholders to enhance educational initiatives.
  • Evaluate educational outcomes and provide feedback to improve programs.
  • Stay updated with the latest medical education trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Medical Education, Health Sciences, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in medical education or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.
  • Experience with curriculum design and development.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
