Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and a positive culture
- Set the standard for high-quality, ethical care through strategic leadership
- Partner with the Practice Manager to shape operational goals and annual plans
- Promote continuous learning and professional development for all team members
- Uphold our strong standing as a trusted care provider while driving growth and further solidifying our presence in the community
Requirements
- Proven clinical expertise
- A passion for leadership
- A dedication to fostering an inclusive, drama-free workplace
- Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Washington state
- Experience with complex medical cases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary range of $120,000-$180,000/year, with an average production percentage of 20-22%
