Responsibilities

• Manage medical treatment plans and coordinate with healthcare providers
• Communicate with employers and insurance companies regarding worker’s compensation claims
• Ensure compliance with state workers’ compensation laws and regulations
• Assist injured workers with accessing necessary resources and support services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience in workers' compensation or healthcare administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Spanish

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
