Medical Case Manager - Workers' Compensation

About the role

The ideal candidate will manage complex workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve workers' compensation claims from initial submission to final settlement
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and healthcare providers to ensure clear understanding and resolution of issues
• Research and analyze relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize claim outcomes
• Prepare and submit required documentation and reports in a timely manner
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their claims

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, law, business)
• At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
