Responsible for managing workers' compensation cases, providing medical case management services, and ensuring timely and appropriate medical care for injured workers.

Responsibilities

• Assessing medical needs and coordinating with healthcare providers
• Communicating with employers, employees, and insurance companies
• Managing case documentation and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with workers' compensation regulations

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in medical case management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel as needed
