About the role
Responsible for managing workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and accurate claims processing, and providing support to injured employees.
Responsibilities
- Review and process insurance claims related to workplace injuries
- Communicate with employers, employees, and insurance providers to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide emotional support and guidance to injured employees
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, human resources, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation or similar field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving abilities

- $40,000 - $50,000 annually
