The Opportunity

The Neurology Clinic at St. Luke's on the Plaza is seeking a Medial Assistant (MA) to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced or entry-level Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Medical Assistant, or someone interested in becoming one.

Work

• Provide an excellent patient experience by managing the flow of patients, providing excellent customer service, establishing rapport with patients, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conduct pre-visit plans, room patients, and obtain vitals.
• Administer injections and coordinate vaccines.
• Assist providers with procedures.
• Utilize the EMR system and scan/download documents.
• Cover front office responsibilities as needed.
