Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN - Internal Medicine Clinic
OTHR$21.85–$32.8/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with headings
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule only if posting actually states them. Pay is given: "Actual compensation offered in the Pay Range of $21.85- $32.80 for an MA or $24.10 - $36.15 for an LPN". So we have Pay section. Schedule not mentioned; no schedule info, so omit Schedule. Benefits? Not mentioned explicitly; there is no benefits description. So omit Benefits. Skills? There's "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:" which includes abilities. Could map to Skills section. Requirements? There's "Licensure or Certifications", "Degrees". Could be Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide which sections to include. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate ones.
We have:
- About the role: maybe the Job Description Summary and Where You Will Work and About This Location. Could be "About the role" or "About This Location". We'll create "About the role" containing summary and location info.
- Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do:" list.
- Requirements: maybe licensure, certifications, degrees, experience.
- Qualifications: maybe similar to requirements; but we can combine. However we should not duplicate. Could put licensure under Requirements, and degrees under Qualifications? But both are substantive. Let's think: The posting includes "Licensure or Certifications" and "Degrees". Also "What You’ll Do" responsibilities. Also "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required". Also "Physical Requirements And Working Conditions". Also "Pay". Also "About This Location". Also "Where You Will Work". Also "Joining AMG means being part of a collaborative..." That's about culture.
We need to avoid duplication: there are two sections about Physical Requirements And Working Conditions (duplicate). We'll keep one consolidated.
We must not include boilerplate like "This job description indicates the general nature..." etc. That's near end; we should remove.
Also "Ready To Take The Next Step: Apply Now!" is application instruction; remove.
Also "We value your insights..." is maybe part of culture; could be included in About the role.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract:

This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent. It is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required of the incumbent. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties.
We need to consolidate physical requirements, removing duplicate sentences but preserving all unique info. Let's merge:
From first: sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, twist frequently. Lift 35 lbs. Push/pull 30 lbs, sliding transfer 150 lbs with second person. Functional speech, vision, hearing, touch, fine hand manipulation for IV insertion. Maneuver foot pedals. Perform physical safety interventions (patient restraint, verbal de-escalation). Exposure to chemical/hazardous waste, blood/body fluids, communicable disease; need protective clothing. Respond quickly to changes. Physical Abilities Testing may be required. Additional department specific physical requirements may be identified.
Second adds: crawl, kneel, climb. Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist. Lift up to 20 lbs over head. Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance. Push/pull 30 lbs (same). Sliding transfer 150 lbs with second person (same). Functional speech, vision, hearing, touch, fine-hand manipulation skills. Exposure to mechanical, electrical, chemical, blood and body fluids. Wear protective clothing as needed. Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job. Also the generic statement about job description not comprehensive (boilerplate) - we should remove that as boilerplate.
Thus final physical requirements: list of abilities: sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, crawl, kneel, climb, reach above shoulders. Lift requirements: up to 50 lbs from floor to waist, up to 20 lbs over head, carry up to 40 lbs reasonable distance, also mention 35 lbs handling patients? We'll keep both: must be able to lift and support 35 lbs in handling patients, medical equipment, supplies. Also lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist, lift up to 20 lbs over head, carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance. Push/pull 30 lbs force. Sliding transfer 150 lbs with second person present. Functional speech, vision, hearing, touch; fine hand manipulation skills for IV insertion and other procedures. Maneuver foot pedals on carts or machines. Perform physical safety interventions such as patient restraint and verbal de-escalation if needed. Exposure to chemical and hazardous waste, blood and body fluids, communicable disease, also mechanical, electrical hazards. Protective clothing and equipment must be worn as necessary. Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Physical Abilities Testing may be required. Additional department specific physical requirements may be identified for unique responsibilities within the department by the nurse leader. Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
Now we need to decide sections.
Potential sections:
- About the role: combine Job Description Summary, Where You Will Work, About This Location, and maybe culture statements.
- Responsibilities: What You’ll Do list.
- Requirements: Licensure or Certifications, Degrees (maybe also experience). Could be "Requirements".
- Qualifications: maybe not needed separate; but we could put "Qualifications" for education/experience. However we already have degrees and experience under Requirements. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section that includes licensure, certifications, degrees, experience. But the instruction says
