Medical Assistant (MA)/LPN: Peri-Operative Clinic

About the role

Medical Assistant (MA) or Clinic LPN position in the Peri-Operative Clinic located in Mason City, IA. Full‑time, day shift, Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks.
• Assists physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.
• Coordinates patient flow, maintains accurate medical records, and ensures a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Must have successfully completed an accredited Medical Assistant program; MA certification/registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year.
• OR must have successfully completed an accredited LPN program and hold a current LPN license in the state of Iowa.
