Medical Assistant (MA)/LPN: Peri-Operative Clinic

About the role

Position: Medical Assistant (MA) or Clinic LPN – Peri‑Operative Clinic. Location: Mason City, IA. Employment type: Full‑time. Shift: Day shift, Monday‑Friday.

Responsibilities

• Supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks.
• Assists physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.
• Coordinates patient flow, maintains accurate medical records, and ensures a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• MA certification/registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year.
• OR successful completion of an accredited LPN program with a current LPN license in the state of Iowa.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Day shift, Monday‑Friday.
